Who we are

Claro is operated by PAO Labs LLC, an independent sales organization (ISO) agent. We provide free payment processing analysis tools and merchant services to businesses in Central Florida.

What we collect

When you use our tools or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, business type, and monthly processing volume. If you use the Statement Analyzer, your PDF is processed server-side to extract text, analyzed by AI, and immediately discarded. We do not store your PDF file, the extracted text, or any financial data from your statement.

How we use your information

Contact information you provide is used to follow up with personalized processing quotes and savings estimates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with our processing partner solely for the purpose of preparing a processing proposal at your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. No personal data is sold to advertisers.
